our tips to make letterpress work for you!

You may think having a letterpress wedding invitation is completely out of the question when thinking about your budget...but here's a way to make it work!

This beautiful invite was printed 1-color in letterpress on a metallic white card stock...we added the bride's pop of yellow with the invite backing (this can also be done as a flat invite and add the pop of color with the envelope or envelope liner). All of the insert cards were flat digitally printed and the main envelope was printed flat offset. An envelope liner in a matte textured grey paper was also added (which we love!).

Combining the digitally printed insert cards with the 1-color letterpress really helps make this a budget-friendly letterpress invite...while still keeping the upscale look!

Love this idea but want to use the traditional Crane's letterpress paper? We can print the invite and RSVP envelope using the Cranes and mix and match another paper for the inserts and main envelope to still print in both techniques! This would compliment any wedding look beautifully!
